Ok! First real post! Don’t let me be the only one who writes here you will all get so bored so quickly! I am currently on a plane heading home to Miami for the weekend. Tomorrow is my little sister Hannah’s Senior Prom, before you ask she isn’t going to a school with Greek Life and yes I am devastated. I can’t go home for her graduation so this is the next best thing. Her dress is beautiful and the crutches that she will be sporting will match it impeccably I am sure. Hannah has a special talent for injuring herself its like my inability to use technology but worse. She probably won’t wear high heels and I am not sure if I can ever forgive her for the timing of her ankle spraining.

            My parents, who for some reason trust her more than they trust me which is totally ridiculous I was the perfect child and never got into any trouble, arranged with a bunch of other parents, in what I can only imagine was a very adorable play date involving wine that I can’t afford to purchase as a college student, to rent a huge loft on the beach for a week and some how scored that the after party will be there and then Hannah and I get it to ourselves for a week of sisterly bonding before she moves to Germany for a year to study abroad because she is cooler than me and always will be, I have better shoes so it is fine. (That was all one sentence and very grammatically incorrect but it is summer and I refuse to fix it. Deal.)

            I am going to soak up all the Cuban Food I can while I am home, which is really the only reason I am going home. By now you are all aware of the fact that my life revolves around food and I thank you all for supporting me in that need and passion. I am also going to lie on the beach and attempt to stop being translucent I can’t pull that look off Snow White looks amazing on my best friend and I look like I should be in the sick ward. I intend to do nothing else until I return to Pittsburgh for the whole summer if you are here and you don’t hang out with me I will make sure you can’t earn points in the fall. Kidding totally kidding. But really be my friend I stalked my fellow interns on facebook and I am going to need you all to survive.

            This is making me incredibly happy because I feel like Carrie Bradshaw and its awesome. I am also rewatching Sex and the City this summer if anyone feels like doing it with me! Any way nothing else exciting has happened to me today so here is something exciting PHOTO CONTEST RULES!

2 Points if you find an adult graduate real person Alumna (You get points for the bravery of taking a picture with your flight attendant who is an Alpha Phi!)

1 extra point if you are in your letters

1 Point if you can get your little sister, neighbor, cousin, boyfriends little sister to take a Phi Bear Picture with you! (Start them early!)
